  • *Overview**
Join our dynamic mortgage brokerage as an Appointment Setter and become a vital part of our business development and sales growth! You will overview the value proposition for their partnering with us, engaging with them through outbound calls and demonstration sales to generate qualified appointments. Your enthusiasm, genuineness, and diligent follow-up will help bridge the gap in winning an appointment for the loan officer to present to them. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills. One of our most powerful systems is the CEFR process— Contact, Endorse, Follow Up, and Refer Back program. We’re looking for the right caller to help us implement this proven system.

This is intended as a half-time position. The pay is quoted as hourly, but the expectation is approximately 300 calls each week, depending upon the list, and at least 10 viable appointments. Some callers complete their lists in 15 or 16 hours after a couple of weeks.

  • Log calls and track results in our system

  • Comfortable making outbound calls (phone experience is a plus, but not required). Enthusiasm and fortitude matter most.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.
  • Coachable and willing to follow a script while sounding natural.
  • Organized and dependable (showing up consistently is key).
