Our client is looking for a talented Community Marketing Account Manager to join their team! This is a remote, client-facing role where you’ll manage client projects, build strong client relationships, and drive the success of their brand ambassador program.</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Client Onboarding: Lead smooth transitions for new clients by learning their brand, products, and goals. Conduct kickoff meetings and set the stage for success.<br /> Campaign Planning &amp; Execution: Plan brand activity in online communities and train brand ambassadors to effectively promote clients’ products while differentiating them from competitors.<br /> Client Relationship Management: Serve as the go-to contact for up to 20 clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth.<br /> Team Coordination: Guide and support brand ambassadors, ensuring their activities align with client strategy and daily quotas are met.<br /> Reporting &amp; Meetings: Deliver weekly email updates to clients and conduct monthly client meetings to showcase results, gather feedback, and plan ahead.</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Experienced with Online Communities: You have personal or professional experience working with community platforms like Reddit, Facebook Groups, Quora, and other online discussion forums. You understand their dynamics and how to engage authentically to build trust and awareness.<br /> A People Person: You thrive on building relationships and are comfortable managing multiple clients, communicating daily via Slack, email, and Zoom.<br /> A Strategic Marketer: You think like an in-house marketer, understanding each client’s business and tailoring strategies to fit their needs.<br /> Remote-Ready: You excel in a remote work environment and are available during U.S. business hours (PST, CST, or EST).</p> <p>Your Skills &amp; Experience</p> <p>3-5 years in client-facing roles like Account Management or Project Management, ideally in marketing, social media, SEO, PR, or community management.<br /> Marketing agency experience preferred.<br /> Ideally, you have experience working with online communities like Reddit, Facebook Groups, or similar platforms.<br /> Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.<br /> Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.<br /> An analytical mindset to interpret data and present actionable insights.<br /> Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</p> <p>Application Process</p> <p>To be considered for this role these steps need to be followed:</p> <p>Fill in the application form<br /> Record a video showcasing your skill sets</p>
