You’ll be our first hire dedicated solely to app growth. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <p>Developing and executing a customer acquisition strategy that goes beyond our existing channels.<br /> Leading growth experiments — including customer interviews, value proposition testing, lead magnet creation, and optimizing landing pages.<br /> Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.<br /> Using data to drive insights — set up experiments, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly.<br /> Exploring B2B opportunities with health organizations, wellness brands, and partners.<br /> Embracing autonomy — you’ll thrive without a playbook, figuring things out, moving quickly, and prioritizing progress over perfection.</p> <p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p>You&#8217;re More Than a Marketer — You’re a Builder, An Experimenter, And a Storyteller. You Bring</p> <p>4+ years in growth marketing for B2C products, ideally mobile apps, in a startup or fast-paced team<br /> Experience running and scaling paid social campaigns.<br /> Strong grasp of growth experimentation — from ideation to execution.<br /> A data-driven mindset — you know how to measure what matters.<br /> Hands-on operator who thrives in startup/fast-growth environments (not corporate)<br /> Creative thinking, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action.<br /> A passion for health, wellness, or food (bonus if you&#8217;ve worked in those spaces).<br /> B2B marketing experience is a plus, particularly in the health or wellness sector.<br /> Accountability and integrity — we take our responsibility to deliver evidence-based nutrition seriously (don’t worry, you’ll have support from the CEO and our in-house researcher).</p>
