<h2 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:24px;margin-bottom:5px;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">Overview</span></strong></h2><p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our global people function across the U.S. and international markets. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a focus on building scalable HR systems, ensuring compliance, and driving a high-performance culture. We have plans to grow 50%+ in headcount.</p><p>You will partner closely with leadership to align people strategy with business growth, delivery models, and revenue goals.</p><hr><h2><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">Responsibilities</span></strong></h2><h3>1. HR Operations & Compliance</h3><ul><li>Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization (U.S. & global)</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor laws and regulations</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and documentation aligned with legal requirements</li><li>Bring expertise in U.S. state-level tax and compliance regulations</li><li>Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and vendor management</li><li>Establish and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks</li></ul><hr><h3>2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning</h3><ul><li>Partner with leadership to define hiring plans aligned with revenue and delivery goals</li><li>Build and manage end-to-end recruiting processes (sourcing to offer management)</li><li>Optimize global hiring strategy (onshore/offshore mix, cost efficiency, skill alignment)</li><li>Track and report on hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements</li></ul><hr><h3>3. Performance Management</h3><ul><li>Design and implement structured performance management systems (KRAs, reviews, promotions)</li><li>Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding</li><li>Partner with leadership on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions</li><li>Support career pathing and leadership development initiatives</li></ul><hr><h3>4. Employee Engagement & Culture</h3><ul><li>Build and sustain a high-performance, accountability-driven culture</li><li>Lead employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and satisfaction surveys</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational health and team dynamics</li><li>Manage employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness</li></ul><hr><h3>5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics</h3><ul><li>Develop and manage compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks and business goals</li><li>Partner with finance to align compensation with utilization, margins, and profitability targets</li><li>Track and report on key HR and business metrics, including:<ul><li>Attrition and retention rates</li><li>Utilization and capacity alignment</li><li>Revenue per employee</li><li>Employee engagement scores</li></ul></li></ul><hr><h3>6. Organizational Design & Scaling</h3><ul><li>Partner with leadership to design and evolve organizational structures (pods, centralized functions, etc.)</li><li>Build scalable HR frameworks to support growth from ~100 employees to the next phase</li><li>Collaborate with PMO and leadership to align workforce strategy with delivery model evolution</li></ul><hr><h3>7.
