There’s so much good work to be done, from Distribution Center Operations, where process and problem-solving drive our results; Quality Management, which influences and maintains our good name in the retail marketplace, or overall Distribution Center Productivity, where we’re always analyzing and recalibrating how to best support our people, process and technology investments to support an ever evolving business. </p><p>As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Team Member, you’ll support the operational teams and with your ICQA Leader in defect resolution, specifically focused on inventory within stored locations in the building. You will audit and resolve defects, within an assigned Service Level Agreement (SLA) and then research and document root cause for follow-up to address the issue moving forward to ultimately improve inventory accuracy. While working safely and promoting a safe workplace, you’ll respond to defects found in warehouse locations, often times utilizing powered equipment. You will be responsible for performing weekly audits, collaborating and communicating the findings of those audits and resolution steps with your ICQA Leader and other operational leaders within the building. You’ll utilize the practices of lean approaches, six sigma tools, and 5S techniques within the workplace to drive cleanliness and documentation of defects for root cause analysis. Using your problem solving skills, you will correct any inventory record inaccuracies in the warehouse and conduct follow up audits that aid with proper research. You will also be responsible for addressing inaccuracies impeding operational teams from picking product, helping to prevent downstream order cancellations. You’ll successfully manage multiple priorities and processes, while offering a level of service that goes above and beyond the basics.
