and Development</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop engaging content and training programs tailored to business and employee development needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with subject matter experts to create content and learning materials, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, learner workbooks, guides, ongoing micro-learning, knowledge checks, and job aids.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Apply adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective learning experiences.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Training Delivery</span> <ul> <li
