Your mission is to define our short- and long-term strategy with a strong focus on Paid Social Advertising on Meta! You translate insights into recommendations and contribute to the innovation of our social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.</p> <p>You work closely but Remote with other specialists from the Digital Marketing team and our content specialists. You are the go-to expert for all things related to Paid Social Advertising.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <p>🚀 Developing and optimizing the B2C social media strategy (main focus on paid meta)</p> <p>🚀 Setting up lead generation, sales, and awareness campaigns</p> <p>🚀 Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance</p> <p>🚀 Managing social media KPIs &amp; budget</p> <p>🚀 Building and maintaining a loyal fan base</p> <p>🚀 Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities</p> <p>Job requirements</p> <p>You Bring</p> <p>As a Paid Ads Specialist you will play a significant role in expanding P1 Travel both nationally and internationally.</p> <p>✅Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work and thinking level)</p> <p>✅2 years of experience in Paid Ads on Meta (international experience is a plus, experience in Paid Ads is a must!)</p> <p>✅Data analysis &amp; interpretation skills, proven knowledge of GA4/META</p> <p>✅ Experience in Paid Social Advertising is a must!
