As a Program Manager, you’ll help develop the tools, processes, and insights that ensure we meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk. You will sit at the intersection of policy, data, and operations - building dashboards, driving monitoring infrastructure, and ensuring the right stakeholders are alerted to compliance issues. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building scalable solutions that uphold our commitments to cities.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Compliance Readiness function translates contract and permit requirements into clear operational expectations and ensures markets are set up for Day-1 and ongoing compliance success. This scope develops scalable processes, readiness frameworks, and alignment mechanisms that allow Lime to meet its regulatory commitments. The team oversees execution workflows, identifies systemic gaps, and drives continuous improvement to reduce operational risk and strengthen performance across markets.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.<br></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and scale end-to-end operational processes focused on centralization, automation, and compliance readiness</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Data Science to integrate datasets into a unified model that supports reporting and analytics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and support systems that monitor readiness with local permit requirements across global markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design tools and workflows that surface risks, track regulatory performance, and drive timely issue resolution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate cross-functionally with Government Relations, Legal, Operations, Product, and Data to ensure compliance infrastructure meets market needs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and mitigate compliance risk across markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and recurring review mechanisms to improve visibility and accountability</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in tech-enabled operations, with experience automating complex business processes at large-scale.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experienced in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Claude)</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to develop automated systems and scalable reporting tools.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort working with Legal, Government Relations, Engineering, and Data Science.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building and documenting SOPs, escalation workflows, and operational playbooks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risk</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High tolerance for ambiguity with a natural reflex for reducing a complex business problem into well-structured tangible components</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>U.S. Based Position - What We Offer:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Comprehensive Health & Wellness:</strong> A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans.
