Job Summary

Wipro is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Care Executives. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role offers flexible shift options, including both day and night shifts, to cater to different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure effective resolutions.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
