MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Remote Medical Live Scribe !

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Medical Live Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus more on direct patient care. Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those outside Cebu province

  • *Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently document patient history, physical exams, assessments, treatment plans, lab results, and follow-up instructions into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Assist providers during patient examinations by entering information into the EHR in real-time.
  • Organize and maintain patient charts and other medical documentation.
  • Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and timely communication.
  • Handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
  • *Qualifications

Required

  • Medical Allied Graduate
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Excellent typing speed (at least 60 WPM) and computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • *Preferred
  • Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
  • Pre-medical or healthcare-related coursework or background
