This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and scaling retail strategies that improve the consumer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable financial results in healthcare environments.<br><br>This position partners closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Culinary, and Field Leadership to ensure retail concepts, promotions, pricing, and programs are strategically aligned and consistently executed.<br><br>This position will support our West Coast Operations.
