In fact, our remote model has earned us multiple “best workplace” awards and recognitions since 2020.</p><p><br></p><p>Senior Conversion Copywriter - B2B Tech at BairesDev</p><p><br></p><p>You will be the strategic, AI-augmented copywriter who helps us drive more revenue from campaigns at BairesDev. You'll team up with growth marketers, designers, and engineers to produce high-converting landing pages, websites, ads, and more.</p><p><br></p><p>What You'll Do:</p><p><br></p><p>- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and designers, to write copy for short and long-form conversion-driven assets.</p><p>- Edit and proofread content created by other internal teams and freelancers, such as case studies, leader bios, ads, and social posts.</p><p>- Propose new copy experiments and improvements to existing assets, including our website and landing pages.</p><p>- Assist with the development of new AI-powered workflows, custom GPTs/GEMs, or other AI assistants and agents for copywriting purposes.</p><p><br></p><p>What we are looking for:</p><p><br></p><p>- 3+ years in copywriting roles, with some experience in an in-house or agency role</p><p>- 1+ year working for North American-based tech companies</p><p>- Experience working with technical services or products</p><p>- Experience in Copywriting, Conversion Copywriting, or Direct Response Copywriting</p><p>- Experience writing conversion-focused landing pages</p><p>- Basic AI and prompt engineering skills: You write structured prompts with clear context and constraints. You use techniques like prompt chaining to plan, draft, and refine conversion assets.</p><p>- Experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms</p><p><br></p><p>Nice to have:</p><p><br></p><p>- 5+ years in copywriting roles</p><p>- 3+ years of working for US-based B2B tech companies</p><p>- Experience working for a software development, software outsourcing, or management consulting company</p><p>- Software background or knowledge, or experience with software services or products</p><p>- Sales experience</p><p>- Copyhackers' training or certifications (also called Copy School)</p><p>- AI/prompt training or certifications</p><p>- Other copywriting training or certifications</p><p>- Additional experience in websites, SEM, social ads, SEO, content/articles, social media, or email marketing</p><p>- Intermediate+ AI/prompt engineering skills: You use AI to extract messaging insights from raw data.
