<div><b>Description & Requirements</b><br/><br/><strong>about this team</strong><br/><br/>The Retail Optimization team develops the North America Retail-specific Operational Plan, creating programing and innovating within Guest Experience, Store Operational Processes. Store Operational Spaces, Workforce Strategy/Operations, and Employee Enablement.<br/><br/>The Store Experience team reimagines what retail can be-setting the end-to-end guest experience for our stores and turning brand promise into moments that feel unmistakably personal ("Wow, It's You!"). Thetypical hiring range for this position is from<strong>$134,100 - $176,000 CAD </strong><strong>annually</strong>; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
