Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Shift Manager/Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and providing outstanding customer experiences.

The Shift

Manager/Supervisor will oversee staff, manage inventory, and uphold operational excellence across all shifts, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service during assigned shifts
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols
  • Oversee food handling, quality control, and food production processes to meet health standards and customer expectations
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and processing transactions accurately
  • Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering to minimize waste and ensure product availability
  • Support staff training initiatives, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing development to foster a skilled team
  • Enforce compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies across all operational areas
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Demonstrated supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting with team management responsibilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning within a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences for guests
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • 1-2 years of fast Food Experience from Burger King, Wendy's or McDonalds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
