This role is designed for a former investment banking or private equity associate with strong financial modeling capabilities, deep understanding of leverage and capital structures, and the judgment to operate credibly with private equity sponsors, lenders, and executive leadership. The position sits within Investor Relations & Treasury, ensuring close alignment with sponsor communications and capital markets activity, while allocating dedicated capacity to CFO driven analytical work including liquidity planning, scenario modeling, and board level financial <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">analysis. </span><p><b>WHAT YOU'LL DO</b></p><p><b>Sponsor & Lender Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Support preparation of analytical materials for PE sponsors, lenders, and board observers, including leverage, liquidity, and return‑focused analyses</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain high‑quality models supporting debt capacity, cash flow, refinancing scenarios, and covenant sensitivity</p></li><li><p>Assist in responding to ad‑hoc sponsor and lender analytical requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism</p></li></ul><p><b>Capital Structure & Treasury Analytics</b></p><ul><li><p>Own detailed capital structure models including debt tranches, PIK mechanics, interest expense forecasting, and maturity profiles</p></li><li><p>Support cap table management, equity value scenarios, and transaction‑related modeling as needed</p></li><li><p>Partner with Treasury on cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and financing strategy analysis</p></li></ul><p><b>CFO & Executive Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide dedicated analytical support to the CFO on strategic finance topics including M&A evaluation, downside/upside scenarios, and long‑range planning</p></li><li><p>Contribute to board and Audit Committee materials requiring complex financial modeling or capital markets insight</p></li><li><p>Act as a flexible “surge resource” during key events (earnings, refinancing, transactions, board cycles)</p></li></ul><p><b>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, and Legal to ensure analytical consistency across forecasts, external reporting, and financing materials</p></li><li><p>Serve as a connective layer between IR, Treasury, and the broader Finance organization without duplicating core FP&A responsibilities<span> </span></p></li></ul> <p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li><p>2–5 years of experience in <b>investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance</b>, preferably with exposure to leveraged capital structures</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field required.</p></li><li><p>Advanced financial modeling skills (3‑statement models, cash flow, debt waterfalls, returns analysis)</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of debt instruments, leverage, PIK interest, and private equity ownership structures</p></li><li><p>Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce executive‑ and sponsor‑ready materials</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to senior‑level requests</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li><p><b>CFA designation or progress toward CFA</b></p></li><li><p>Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline</p></li><li><p>Experience working with PE‑backed companies or middle‑market sponsors</p></li><li><p>Prior exposure to investor relations, capital markets, or treasury functions</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
