This role will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing complex, cross-functional programs that drive significant improvements in our GTM processes and GTM automation infrastructure. You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Sales Strategy, and other operational teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery of impactful initiatives. You will also orchestrate key projects within the Sales Automation team to ensure alignment across different functions and successful roll out.  </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Cross-Functional GTM Initiatives:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, key results (OKRs), timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Drive execution of these programs, often involving new tool implementations, large scale process re-engineering, or new internal product launches .</li> <li>Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure change management plans are in place to drive successful adoption and utilization of new processes and technologies.</li> <li>Work with Sales Automation leaders to define and lead intra departmental initiatives </li> <li> Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and champion adoption of new processes, tools, or strategies across GTM teams.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Performance Measurement & Reporting:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all programs and initiatives, measuring their impact on GTM effectiveness and/or sales productivity.</li> <li>Create compelling reports and presentations for various audiences, including executive leadership, on program progress, outcomes, and business impact.</li> <li>Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify lessons learned.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management & Communication:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Act as a central point of contact for program-related communications, ensuring transparency and alignment.</li> <li>Influence and motivate project team members, consultants, and partners to achieve common GTM goals.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <p>Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!</p> <p><strong>*Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations</li> <ul> <li>5+ with a significant focus on sales automation or sales technology.</li> </ul> <li>Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.</li> <li>Ability to think strategically and translate complex or ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.</li> <li>Excellent project management skills (PMP or similar certification a plus) with experience in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).</li> <li>Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Expertise in sales automation tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach/Salesloft etc.) is highly desirable. Experience with implementation or optimization of these systems is a strong plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience managing programs involving AI/ML integration into sales workflows.</li> <li>Familiarity with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li> <li>Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.</li> <li>Salesforce certification(s)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>This role will be remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta, Canada. </p> <p><strong>Travel </strong></p> <p>We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.
