This is not a passive training role—we are looking for a Training Coordinator who can take full ownership of training delivery, and performance improvement across multiple teams. </p><p>You will be responsible for facilitating new hire classes, managing nesting phases, conducting quality audits, and providing coaching to ensure employees meet performance standards.
