The primary responsibility for this position is to ensure seamless coverage and exceptional customer service.</p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Secures timely clinical staffing coverage through: Internal Float, PRN pools and staffing agencies.</li></ul><ul><li>Effectively communicates updates of staffing coverages to all appropriate parties.</li></ul><ul><li>Works with clinical leadership to assure that all clinician schedules are current.</li></ul><ul><li>Confirms required compliance training has been completed.</li></ul><ul><li>Works with staffing agencies to pre-load compliance training.</li></ul><ul><li>Schedules on-site training, as necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>Work directly with Regulatory team to assure that state regulations are followed, and a Collaborating Physician Agreement is obtained if necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains clinician schedules within company scheduling and EMR applications.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p>High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years of Healthcare staffing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. </p><p><b>DESIRED ATTRIBUTES</b></p><ul><li>Proficient computer skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Multi-tasking and time-management abilities</li><li>Work well with time constraints and deadlines</li><li>Timely follow-up to requests/questions</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Pay Range: $22.00-26.00/hr</b></p><p><i>The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level. </i></p><p><i>We are accepting applications for this position until a candidate has been selected.  To apply to this position and learn more about open jobs at Marathon Health, visit our careers page. </i></p><p></p><p></p>
